Ideas need to go through a gestation period before they hatch i.e. manifest in the physical world.

Made with clay and an altered discarded Book. Real eggshells; they are hardened and stiffened, and permanently attached. The figure is permanently attached. The books are securely mounted on a 16" x 16" x 1.5" wood panel. Wall hanging. All ready; wire at the back. I signed and dated it 2022. Please enlarge to see the details.

Overall dimension: Roughly 16" wide x 6" deep x 16" tall. This is an oversized piece. Please note that all my work requires special packing and handling.

Although I coated the piece with UV resistant chemicals, yellowing of the pages may occur over time. It is part of the art. To get rid of dust, use a hairdryer with NO HEAT. Or, a clean, dry brush will work.
